Don Hancock

Don Bradley Hancock passed away  at his home on December 10, 2023. He was born on April 10, 1967, in Lumberton, Mississippi to Thomas and Claudine  Hancock . Throughout his life, Don was known for his kind heart and selflessness. He touched the lives of many with his generosity and willingness to lend a helping hand.

Don graduated from Richland High School in 1987, where he was a proud member of the ROTC.  His commitment to service began early in life and continued to shape his character as he grew older.

One of Don's proudest accomplishments was attaining the rank of second-degree black belt in Taekwondo. The discipline and focus required to achieve this level of mastery were reflective of his determination and dedication in all aspects of life.

He found joy in spending time playing board games and video games. His competitive spirit added an extra level of excitement to these hobbies.

Family meant everything to Don, and he cherished every moment spent with his loved ones. He adored his nieces and nephews and he treasured those precious moments dearly.   His heart of gold extended beyond family ties as he selflessly reached out to anyone in need without hesitation.

He is survived by his loving parents, Thomas and Claudine Hancock; brothers Glynn (Pam) Hancock and Randell Hancock; sister Deana (Justin) Hill; eight nieces and nephews; many great nieces and nephews; and his six fur babies. Don's memory will forever be cherished by those who were lucky enough to have known him.
