Jeff Carter

Jeff Carter was born on November 19, 1963 to Cincinnati Carter and Linnie Mae Adams Carter.

Jeff was educated in the Clinton Public School District and spent many years as a painter.

Jeff was preceded in death by: his mother, Linnie Mae Adams Carter; brother, Sylvester Carter; and sister, Lorriane Carter Daniels.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his son, Jeffery Bass; daughter, Tasha Brown; sister, Amanda Carter; brothers, Michael Carter, James Carter, Calvin Carter and Sam Collins; and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
