Mary Bell

Mrs. Mary F. Bell was born on November 4, 1949 to Andrew and Elizabeth McCoy-Tyler.  She departed this earthly life on March 15, 2018.  Her parents, along with four brothers: Clinton Tyler, Sr., Andrew Tyler, Jr., Eddie Tyler, and Ethel James Tyler, Sr., and one sister, Catherine Walker, all preceded her in death.

Mary accepted Christ at an early age and joined St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church.  During the course of her life, she enjoyed educating and caring for small children.  She was employed at Hinds County Public Head Start Center for 33 years.

Mary leaves behind to cherish her memories: her loving husband, Lincoln “Rudy” Bell’ two children, Eddie L. Bell (Theresa) from Edwards, MS and La’Shauna Bell-Wilson (Lee Andrew) from Houston, TX; 9 grandchildren, JaCorey Wright, Xe’Sean Morris, Miesha Bell, Le Andrew Wilson, Jr., Tevin Bell, OnDre’ya Wilson, Di’mened Wilson; three great-grandchildren, Xe’lah Morris, and Amari Morris; two sisters, Linda Bell (Jimmie) and Darlene  Nelson (Stanley); one uncle and two aunts
